Except... Once you have received the items, you have 5 days to contact me by phone if there was damage during shipping. I must have proof that the box was damaged by USPS (so don't throw away the box!). At that point I will gladly exchange the broken pieces for a new set. T-Shirts do not count.

From Pigeon Forge, head towards Gatlinburg. Once you arrive to Gatlinburg turn (left) on Stop Light #3 (which is Hwy 321) and go up the hill a half a mile. Keep your eyes open on your right and you will see the sign for Winery Square. See Maps Page for a map.
